A BeyondMe nominee is a delegated person who has been asked to "activate" a loved ones account when they pass away. BeyondMe is a platform that allows people to share their life story, send messages into the future, plan their funeral and so much more! 

To accept someones nominee request all you must do is sign up for a free BeyondMe account (takes around 30 seconds to do!) and hit the "accept here" then we will send you a unique activation code that must only be used to activate that persons account when they pass away. Keep this unique code safe.

BeyondMe premium members will be allowed up to 5 unique nominees. Once you have set up your 5 nominees, they will then be sent a email to accept this request. Once accpeted you will then be able to see this here. Please note that only accepted nominess will be active nominees that will be able to activate your account, so ensure your loved ones have signed up as a BeyondMe free user (takes 30 seconds to do) and accpeted your nominee request and kept their unique activation code safe.

No unfortunately all purchases throughout the BeyondMe website are non refundable. If you believe there was an error with your transaction please email us at info@beyond-me.co.uk and the team will get back to you as soon as they can.

Unfortunately once you have uploaded your voice message you won't be able to change it; however you will be able to submit a new one. If you're having issues with uploading a voice message please email us at info@beyond-me.co.uk and the team will get back to you as soon as they can.

Once you are a premium member you will be able to set up to 5 nominees who will have a unique code to activate your account once you pass on.

Once you have set up your nominees, they will each be emailed unique codes that they will sumbit once they need to activate your account. To sumbit these codes they will just need to go to the Activation page. Once they have entered in this code, you will get an email to dispute the activation; if this isn't disputed within 48 hours then your profile will become active.

Once your account is activated it will give all your nominees access to your funeral wishes, whilst also showcasing to everyone your life story, key photos and all the information you filled out when setting up your account. It will also start sending out the pre bought e-cards that have been pre purchased.

Please note your funeral wishes only go to your nominees

You can only activate your account as a premium member but nominees don't need to be signed up to the BeyondMe platform, they just need an active email.

In free mode you are able to search for people using the BeyondMe platform, and you will be able to see their profiles. If your a nominee selected by a premium member you will also be able activate their profile for free. In free mode you are also able to set up a basic profile, this includes basic informaton and photos however free members won't be able to upload life stories and be able to set up nominees to activate their account once they pass on.

Anyone will be able to see your profile in free mode, once your account becomes activated they will also be able to as much as premium members will be able too

Free members just wont be able to activate their own profile once they die

In premium mode you will be able to set up a full profile, set up voice messages, set up e cards to be sent out on set days each year. They can showcase their life story and have their account activated once they die. They will be able to set up nominees that will activate their account, which will be stored with lots of valuable information to that member. 

Premium members will be able to set up funeral wishes, set up a life story, and showcase key images that will be showcased to people once they die to show the wonderful life they lived. 

Without premium access, nominees won't be able to activate their account for when they die and so their account will no longer be active.

Currently there is no limit on how many e-messages you can send out, if you wish to send out an e-message for every year after your account is activated for 10 years you can or if you just wanted to send an e-card the first year after your acount is activated thats abosutely fine 

You can send e-cards to as many recipients as you like and can use any of the pre made e-messages to send, we dont want people missing out on cards even when your account becomes activated!

E-messages are £2.00 for every e-card you send. If you were to set up an e-message to come out every year for 10 years after your account is activated, you would be charged £20 as you are sending out 10 e-messages.
